Product Details

The 1000kg Ride On Ground Pitch Roller uses a hydraulic system to press soil and loose surfaces. A 10 HP petrol engine drives the drum plus delivers a static load of 5 t. The machine moves from 0 to 5 km/h so the operator can steer and cover turf at a steady pace. Sports fields, golf fairways but also landscape sites use it to flatten ruts and prepare seedbeds. The frame is welded steel - the drum wall is thick - the axles ride in sealed bearings. The open operator platform has a seat, foot pedals as well as side levers that keep the driver clear of the drum and spray. Controls for forward, reverse, throttle besides brake sit within reach - no tools are needed for daily grease points. The roller compacts loose soil, crushed aggregate and root-zone mixes in one or two passes or leaves a level surface ready for seed or sod.
