Description

The Wire Ring Machine is a semi automatic tool that bends mild steel wire into rings for concrete reinforcement, fences and mesh - it runs on a 415 V three phase supply plus draws 2.2 kW. A 2.2 kW motor drives the bending head. The frame, shaft and guides are built from mild steel - the dies but also guards are stainless steel. The design keeps the same angle and diameter on every ring - a workshop needs no extra adjustment between batches. An operator sets the wire diameter, feeds the straight length as well as presses a pedal - the rest of the bend cycle runs automatically. The machine stops when the set number of coils is complete. Contractors use it to make stirrups, cage rings and fence loops at speed without losing accuracy.
